Capacity + layout
Up to 12 guests fit comfortably in our space. The entire villa and land is yours during your stay. 3000 square feet of interior living space + 9 acres of land, large lounge and dining area on outdoor terrace, swimming pool with lounge area, 1 king sized bed, 2 queen sized beds, 3 comfortable sofa sleepers, 3 full bathrooms + 1 half bathroom, full sized kitchen in the main villa + 2 kitchenettes in the 2 studio apartments by the swimming pool, outdoor grill + fire pit
The main villa (our original 1700s structure) has one king sized bed in the master bedroom upstairs with on-suite master bathroom (with double sinks and separate walk in shower + freestanding bathtub combination), as well as one small attached den with a comfortable sleeper sofa. There is small a half bathroom downstairs, with very large living room, big beautiful historic fireplace, spacious 12-person dining table and open concept fully stocked rustic kitchen. Our main villa is ideal for a family of 4 (2 parents in the master bedroom and 2 young kids in the smaller room), or for a couple wanting the entire villa for full privacy and the most space
The two studio apartments by the swimming pool offer a full bathroom with walk in shower and kitchenette in each, as well as a queen sized bed and comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area. Each of the two studio apartments is completely independent from the other, ideal for one couple in each, or a family of 4 in each. The apartments are on the ground floor and directly in front of our swimming pool just up the path from the main villa
One week minimum stay:
Casale Delle Querce has been a very well loved private home for generations. When we were blessed with the opportunity to take the reigns of the property from the original family, we knew we wanted a place for us to call home for our own future generations, but we also wanted to be able to share the peace and tranquillity of the space with others. One week minimum stay is required in order for the caring and maintenance of the villa to be timely and tidy between stays. Our villa is not a hotel with new guests arriving day in and day out. We are an entire villa complex for just you and yours, at any one time. Complete privacy and tranquillity. Come in and stay a while.

Optional services for your convenience
PROFESSIONAL CLEANING +
HOUSEKEEPING
Cleaning services are available to you upon request. Our villa has a commercial grade washer and dryer combination you are welcome to use, and you will be provided with enough linens and towels to make your stay clean and comfortable. Cleaning supplies will also be supplied for your convenience. Should you need us to professionally tidy up and clean the villa complex, we are happy to provide thorough cleaning for an additional small fee. You may add this option at any time. The fee is contingent upon the number of guests staying in the villa (ie: how many of our rooms/spaces will be utilized during your stay). Starting at $100 per clean
THE CONVENIENCE OF DELIVERED GROCERIES
A welcome package with a welcome bottle of wine and locally sourced snacks for you to enjoy on your check in day will be provided as a thank you for choosing our villa. All other groceries are yours to purchase in local markets. You may request enough provisions to fill your refrigerator of vegetables, meat, drinking water, wine and more (plenty for a generous week of simple meals) upon your arrival for an additional fee. Weekly groceries to be shopped and delivered to you may also be requested for an additional fee, should you stay with us for more than one week. Flat convenience fee of $50 per shopping spree (+ grocery total contingent upon the number of guests staying in the villa)
Cooking + wine experiences

LUNCH
Spend half a day hiking the beautiful nature trails around the villa, forage anything edible growing wild (varying by season of course) and then relax on your terrace while your cook prepares a wonderful home made typical meal using locally sourced ingredients. Bring your hiking/walking shoes and lets explore the hills of Umbria, then dine in the comfort of the villa
Walk in nature then enjoy a home cooked meal and house wine for $120 per person
WINE WORKSHOP +
APERITIVO
An evening with our sommelier. Learn about local and area wines made with love by small producers as you enjoy a beautiful evening aperitivo on the terrace. Small bites will be provided to pair with the wines, as well as detailed information about each wine, the possibility to purchase bottles or cases to enjoy during your stay or to ship to your home country

DAY TRIP
TO VINEYARDS
Be driven to beautiful nearby vineyards for wine tasting and vineyard walk. Meet the wine making families, taste their creations, enjoy the views. We will visit one or more vineyards in Umbria, Tuscany and/or Lazio, depending on the desired location and their availability. As a reference, our villa is about 1 hour from Montepulciano in Tuscany and beautiful Orvieto in western Umbria
Our Sommelier lead day trips to local vineyards start at $250 per person (2 people minimum)
HOME
COOKING
You may want to shop for your own provisions to cook for yourself in our beautiful kitchen and outdoor grill, of course. For those days in which you’d like to be pampered (and you’d like to taste traditional local cuisine) you are welcome to hire a cook to show you the ropes and to cater to you for one or more meals. Sit back, watch the magic happen and enjoy your meal
